Q:
How long have you been a member of HB Ski Club?
A: I joined
in September of 2007, so that makes it six months.
Q: Why did you join the
club?
A: I was looking for adventure and my friend and co-worker Vera Pavelec
invited me to one of the meetings.
Q: Skis... or snowboard? Why?
A: Ski, I'm totally new to this sport. I've fallen a number of times, but
I love it! I'm determined to learn!
Q: Are there any other sports or activities you enjoy?
A: Whenever I get an opportunity, I enjoy cycling or just riding on the
beach, roller blading, and dancing. I like out-door activities, music (from
classical to country, but no rap), and I love the ocean.
Q: Ok--now for the work questions... what do you do to earn a living so
you can go on our fabulous trips?
A: I work for Valley High School in Santa Ana and I manage the attendance
office. I have been with the district for about 10 years and plan to stay there
for a while. I am a going to school at Cal State Long Beach and hope to teach
when I'm done.
Q: What is the one thing you think no one would ever guess about you?
A: I love old folk tales.
Q: What is your pet peeve?
A: High school kids who pick their nose. LOL
Q: What do you think was the best T.V. show of all time?
A: There has been many, but not one I could say is my favorite. My
favorite movie though is "Grease" ,…. and only because of John Travolta.
Q: If you could have dinner with anyone past or present who would it be?
A: My great grandmother. She was a fabulous woman who loved and taught
me so much! |
